Caniac #2 checking in here...I'm Shannon, aka sparkleshorty. I've been a Caniac for almost four years - getting totally hooked during that magical Cup run of '06. One of the best (and most expensive!) things I did for myself was become a season ticket holder. I am definitely not a hockey expert, but love the sport dearly! My other interests are college basketball (I bled Duke blue before I bled Canes red), reading, traveling, and hanging out with friends, and spoiling my two adorable nieces. I'm a Raleigh native but consider Hawaii my second home. That was the family vacation spot and I lived there for a year.

Welcome to At The Glass! I'm Kate, aka ThreeCaniacs (even though I am just one of them). I have been a Caniac since 1997, when I went to the Hurricanes first season opener in Greensboro. I have been either a ticket plan holder or a full season ticket holder since about the year 2000. I am by no means a hockey expert, but certainly an avid fan! My other interests include horses (I ride english and have a gray appendix quarter horse mare named Bar Bee), church, reading, traveling, and pretty much doing fun things with friends/family.I grew up in Myrtle Beach, SC and have lived in Raleigh since 1992.
